Arsenal player, Bukayo Saka, may earn earn four times his current salary and become the Gunners’ highest-paid player if he signs a contract worth £300,000-per-week.
This development comes as his present contract is due to expire in the summer of 2024, while he plans to sign a new long-term contract with the football club, hopefully till 2028, Daily Mail reports.
Capology also revealed that Saka will become the joint-ninth highest-paid player in the Premier League when he officially signs the deal.
On his contribution to the North London club, Saka has started every match for Arsenal in England’s top tier this season has played an important role as the Gunners top the Premier League with 10 games remaining.
Apart from the zeal to make an impact in the team all the time, he has scored 12 fantastic goals for the club and has made 11 assists.
Arsenal has won 13 league titles (including one unbeaten title), a record 14 FA Cups, two League Cups, 16 FA Community Shields, one European Cup Winners’ Cup, and one Inter-Cities Fairs Cup. In terms of trophies won, it is the third-most successful club in English football.
