Shazam! Fury Of The Gods: Enjoy All The Excitement At Silverbird Cinemas

The excitement from movie fans has not stopped, since the release of ‘Shazam! Fury of the Gods’ a 2023 American superhero film based on the DC Comics character Shazam.

The film continues the story of teenage Billy Batson who, upon reciting the magic word “SHAZAM!” is transformed into his adult Super Hero alter ego, Shazam.

Produced by New Line Cinema, DC Studios, and the Safran Company, and distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures, it is the sequel to Shazam! (2019) and the 12th instalment in the DC Extended Universe (DCEU).

The movie was Directed by David F. Sandberg, produced by Peter Safran, and written by Henry Gayden and Chris Morgan, it stars Zachary Levi, Asher Angel, Jack Dylan Grazer, Rachel Zegler, Adam Brody, Ross Butler, D. J. Cotrona, Grace Caroline Currey, Meagan Good, Lucy Liu, Djimon Hounsou and Helen Mirren. In the film, Billy Batson / Shazam and his foster siblings fight the Daughters of Atlas.

With Gayden returning as writer, and Morgan joining soon after to revise Gayden’s screenplay is A sequel to Shazam!  Which began development shortly after the film’s release in April 2019.

Shazam will mark the end of an era for DC Extended Universe as the last remaining movie from the original DCEU slate that hasn’t been cancelled or delayed.

For some movie enthusiasts, the movie which is still available at all Silverbird Cinemas in Nigeria and beyond, remains one of the most entertaining film.
