The Chief Executive Officer of Facebook and Meta Mark Zuckerberg, on Tuesday, has trained with ย UFC champions, Israel Adesanya and Alexander Volkanovski on Tuesday.
This development has triggered comments from the public concerning the speculations of possibility of an MMA fight between him and Twitter CEO, Elon Musk after their rivalry started some weeks back.
Their rivalry took a different dimension after Zuckerberg launched his Twitter-like app called Threads on July 5, 2023, which has gotten more than 100 million users globally.
Meanwhile, Tesla and SpaceX CEO, Musk has a different thought concerning Threads, which he believes was only made possible by โcheating.โ
Musk tweeted, โCompetition is fine, cheating is not.โ Musk went further to state that, while responding to a tweet reporting that Twitterย was threatening to sueย Facebook and Instagramโs parent company Meta for cheating with its new app Threads on Friday, July 7, 2023.
Interestingly, the banter challenge transcended into them having a showdown cage.
Zuckerberg has acknowledged Adesanya and Volkanovski for such opportunity to train with them. He wrote, โItโs an honour to train with you guys!โ
In response, โThe Last Stylebenderโ who posted photos of the training session, wrote, โNo fugazi with Mark. This is Serious Business.โ
โ@zuck youโre a beast! Always great to catch up,โ Also responded.
This is not the only training session Musk will be having with UFC fighters, but it looks like he is in a training session already as he was also spotted with UFC legend Georges St-Pierre on Tuesday, July 3, 2023.
