A group of Rivers women in Port Harcourt has come out to declare their support for president Bola Tinubu for declaring a state of emergency in the State
The group under the auspices of RIVERS WOMEN UNIT FOR PEACE made their position known during a peaceful walk Monday morning in Port Harcourt.
The leader of the group and former commissioner for social welfare and rehabilitation in rivers state , INIMA AGUMA said since the declaration of emergency rule, the state has witnessed peace.
She used the occasion to call for the prosecution of those responsible for the burning of rivers assembly in 2023
