Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, has said that he will solve the problem of corruption in a new dimension when he becomes Nigeria's next president.

Atiku who has always been resilient about his intention to be the president of Nigeria said he is strengthening his ambition to contest for presidency in 2019.

He said he has thrown a challenge to politicians who can’t show prove of corruption against him; advising them keep quiet and referred to them as “self-righteous political enemies.”

Atiku made the statement yesterday, while on a visit to the new ultra-modern Yiliam Press Limited in the Jabi area of Abuja.

He also said former President Olusegun Obansanjo accused him of corruption, apart from his alleged involvement with the trial of ex-United States congressman, William Jefferson in 2009.

Atiiku also said despite all the allegations levied against him, he has maintained his innocence and has never been charged for corruption by any law enforcement agency.

The former vice-president said because of his vast experience in the private and public sectors he is adequately equipped to fight corruption, he will shock everyone and fight graft like never before.

Atiku also said that the notion that a man cannot build himself without stealing lies in the mind of  people who have no initiative, personal resourcefulness and ideas about wealth creation.
