Justice Adeniyi Ademola of a Federal High Court in Abuja has resumed sitting.

He resumed a few hours ago, following his recall by the National Judicial Council, NJC last week.

Recalled that the presidency had appealed the verdict of the Abuja High Court that exonerated the judge of bribery and corruption charges.

Ademola is not expected to sit pending the appeal court verdict but last week NJC recalled him and six others to the bench.

The NJC had recalled the six judges who were arrested by the DSS and paraded as corrupt.
