The National Judicial Council has recalled a judge of the Federal High Court, Abuja, Adeniyi Ademola, who was suspended following charges of corruption brought against him by the government.
An Abuja High Court had earlier discharged and acquitted the judge of the charges against him.
Supreme Court Justice, John Inyang Okoro; Justice Uwani Abba Aji of the Court of Appeal; Hydiazira Nganjiwa, and Musa Kurya, both of the Federal High court, and Agbadu James Fishim, from the National Industrial Court were also recalled.
Justice Okoro and Adeniyi Ademola were part of the those arrested in October last year by the DSS on allegations of corruption.
The NJC said the judges were to resume duty on the seventh of june.
