Terry Apala, has a style that blends of apala and trap but is not getting half the attention it deserves.
Though it's true that his more recent singles haven't quite reached the heights of his biggest hit, "Champagne Showers"; but even at his weakest, Terry Apala's work still towers over the afropop sameness we are forced to endure every other day.
While "That's Wassup" showed us that Terry Apala's signature growl works best over a solid trap beat, the pop-heavy "Feel Me" is yet another reminder that the best artistes can hop on any genre without ever losing what makes them special.
