The Acting President Yemi Osinbajo has strongly condemned the despicable terrorist attack on innocent people in Manchester, United Kingdom.
According to a statement by Osinbajo's spokesman Mr. Laolu Akande, the Federal Government expresses its heartfelt condolences and solidarity with the government and people of the United Kingdom in this period of grief.
He assured Prime Minister Theresa May that the prayers and thoughts of Nigerians are with the British people as they mourn the victims, many of the them being young.

Meanwhile, Osinbajo has requested the inclusion of the Development Bank of Nigeria and the fund for agricultural finance in Nigeria in the 2016-2018 external borrowing plan.
According to the letter read on the floor of the green chambers by the Speaker, Yakubu Dogora, the presidency is seeking the approval for the  sum of 1.28 billion dollars for Development Bank of Nigeria and 9 million Euros for the execution of the second phase of the fund for agricultural finance in Nigeria project.
The request from the acting president was referred to the house committee on loans, debts and aids for deliberation.
