News just reaching us says the police in jos have intercepted a truck with 145 children.
Their destination was unknown but some suspects have been arrested and are about to be charged to court.

According to the police in Plateau State, the children who were being conveying from Bauchi and jigawa states were intercepted yesterday.
This is contained in a statement by its Public Relations Officer, Terna Tyopev.
Tyopev said the children, aged between four and eight years, “were being taken to Plateau, Kaduna and Nasarawa States.
He said that the police were working with the Plateau chapter of Jama’atul Nasril Islam for the return of the children to their parents.
The statement also said that the traffickers will soon be charged to court to serve as a deterrent to others.
