Troops of one mechanized division of the Nigerian Army have intercepted two men carrying live ammunition in Kagoma Chiefdom in Southern Kaduna.
The General Officer Commanding the division, Major General Adeniyi Oyebade disclosed this during a meeting with elders and youths of Kagoma Chiefdom.
The GOC explained that the middle aged men were driving in a maroon colored volkswagen vehicle through the front of the Sarkin Kagoma’s palace when they were nabbed by the troops.

Meanwhile a curfew imposed in Jema’a Local Government Area of Kaduna has resumed.
The 24 hour curfew was relaxed to allow for the Christmas and Boxing Day celebrations.
The curfew was imposed in Jema’a, Zangon Kataf and Laura Local Government Areas after protests linked to a civil unrest in Kafanchan.
