The Court of Appeal has adjourned indefinitely the judgment on the appeal filed by Eyitayo Jegede in the forthcoming election in  Ondo State.
The Justice Ibrahim Saulawa-led panel of the court announced this on a day that judgment was expected in Abuja.
Mister Jegede was replaced by Jimoh Ibrahim as the candidate of the Peoples Democratic party after a court ruling.
The court directed all parties to await the decision of the Supreme Court on interlocutory appeals filed by the respondents next Tuesday.
