The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC),says it is ready to conduct the forthcoming governorship election in Edo State on Saturday.
Professor Mohammad Kuna, Special Adviser to the Commission’s Chairman says INEC has been well equipped with human and capital resources to carry out the exercise.
He urged, the electorate to conduct themselves peacefully at the polling centers.
However in Ondo State, more reactions are still trailing the emergence of Rotimi Akeredolu as the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Party, APC.
While one of the contestants, Olusola Oke has rejected the outcome, another contestant, Tunji Abayomi described the process as credible and a true reflection of delegates’ wish.
