The Acting Inspector-General of Police,  Ibrahim Idris says the Nigeria Police Force  has recovered the Mobile Police Training School at Gwoza, Borno State.

The training school was deserted due to the activities of Boko Haram insurgents. He disclosed this at the passing-out of the squadron commanders seminar/combat operation course  in Osun State.

The acting IGP promised that  under his watch  more attention would be accorded  special police units.

According to him, due to enormous security challenges facing the country, the police would go through total restructuring and reforms to ensure the stability of the nation.
