On number 10 is Amala and Ewedu Soup. Ewedu soup is a soup that is prepared with slim vegetables. It is mostly prepared by the Yorubas and it has so many nutritional benefits. Ewedu soup has greenish colour with a slimy texture, and it is often enjoyed with Amala.
No 9 food is the Nigerian Fried Rice which is the Nigerian party favourite. The Nigerian fried rice sometimes may not be easily distinguished from other fried rice. If it is not consumed quickly it can go bad immediately. A good option is to refrigerate it.
No 8 food is Afang Soup. Like the Edikang Ikong soup, Afang soup is a nutritious soup well known amongst the Efiks, people of Akwa Ibom and Cross River State of Nigeria. It is usually prepared with vegetables like Water leaf and Pumpkin, and Okazi leaf. Nigerians prepared and like this soup very well. It is best served with Eba, Fufu, Semo etc.
On the No 7 spot is Pepper Soup. Pepper soup. The Nigerian Pepper Soup is a well known recipe that can be prepared with meat and fish. There is also the chicken and catfish pepper soup well known as Point and Kill, the Cow foot Pepper Soup and others.
No 6 is Starch and Banga Soup. Banga sopu is a synonymous with the South Southerners in Nigeria. It is prepared. The Igbos call it Ofe Akwu but he the traditional spices used in preparing it looks differ.
On No 5 lies Ogbono soup.Ogbono soup also known as draw soup makes fufu eating recipe so easy. Some people prepare it with leaves while others do not use leaves.
No 4 is is the Nigerian Jollof rice. It is found all over the place in Nigeria and easy to prepare if the recipe is followed.. It is best served with peppered fish, fried plantain and sometimes salad and moimoi.
No 3 is Miyan Taushe is (Nigerian Pumpkin Soup) is a sweet soup popular amongst the Hausas from the Northern part of Nigeria. It is prepared with ripe pumpkin meat and enjoyed by the young and old.
The No 2 food is Egusi Soup also known as Obe Efo by the Yoruba people of Nigeria and Ofe Egusi, is a Nigerian soup made with ground melon seeds and Enriched with assorted meat, stock fish etc. It is one of the most popular soups in Nigeria.
The No 1 spot is occupied by Ewa Agoyin and Agege Bread. It is a pepper sauce that is made in the Yoruba land and served with well cooked beans. It is sometimes served with cooked yam and Agege bread.
