Tinubu Heads To Katsina To Address Security, Commission Projects

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is set to embark on a two-day official visit to Katsina State, departing Abuja on Friday, according to a press statement released by Bayo Onanuga, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Strategy.

During his time in Katsina, President Tinubu will prioritize a crucial meeting with key stakeholders to thoroughly assess the security situation in the state. This engagement underscores the federal government’s commitment to addressing security challenges across the nation.

In addition to security discussions, the President will commission significant infrastructural and agricultural projects completed by Governor Dikko Umar Radda. These include the newly established Katsina Agricultural Mechanized Centre and a 24-kilometer dual carriageway, highlighting the state’s progress in these vital sectors.

The President will also attend the wedding ceremony of Governor Radda’s daughter, accepting a personal invitation before concluding his visit and returning to Abuja. This visit signifies the President’s engagement with state-level developments and his commitment to both governance and personal connections.
