Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp said their position in the Champions League is one which will not make them think about winning the prestigious league.

Klopp’s statement came after his side got a 2-0 win over RB Leipzig on Wednesday night.

Talented players, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane, registered one goal each for Liverpool in the captivating match.

The Reds secured a 4-0 aggregate win which took them to the quarter-finals for the third time in four years, after they got the 100th goal in Klopp’s 44th match in charge of the Reds in the competition.

Klopp expressed his feelings after the crucial win. He said,  “The only reasons you play in this competition is because you want to win it. But we aren’t silly and so far, this season it is not one which looks like we will win the Champions League in the end.”
