Tottenham Hotspurs have moved to the fourth place in the English Premier League after beating Sheffield United 3-1 at Bramall Lane on Super Sunday.

In the game, Tottenham displayed class and crowned it up with Impressive goals from Tanguy Ndombele and Harry Kane and Serge Aurier.

Serge Aurier put Tottenham ahead inside five minutes, before Kane added a second with a brilliant individual effort shortly before half-time.

Before the match, the Blades claimed their first league win of the season against Newcastle on Tuesday but were brought back down to earth by Spurs with three goals.

In the second half, David McGoldrick’s sixth goal of the season gave United hope of staging a second-half comeback, but their challenge was cancelled by a goal-of-the-season contender from Ndombele.

Interestingly, Ndombele’s outrageous lob restored Spurs’ two-goal cushion three minutes later.

This win has taken Spurs to the to fourth place in the Premier League, three points off leaders Manchester United ahead of their trip to Liverpool.
