Super Eagles head coach, Gernot Rohr, has confirmed he has received a contract proposal from the Nigeria Football Federation.

Rohr is in the last three months of his contract with the federation and the Franco-German insists he will love to remain with the team.

NFF president Amaju Pinnick earlier this month assured that the sixty-six-year-old’s contract proposal would be sent to him in France with some new terms, which includes staying in Nigeria.

Meanwhile, Rohr, who took over the Eagles’ job in twenty sixteen, says the most important this is to ensure the safety of people in the midst of the Coronavirus after which all other issues can be sorted out.
