Tottenham earned three points after cruising past Norwich City in a tough encounter that ended 2-1 on Wednesday night.
Talented player Dele Alli proved that he can be a good replacement for injured Harry Kane, putting Spurs ahead with a beautiful goal.
The dynamic player was able to turn home Serge Aurier’s cross from close range, but Norwich City struck back with Teemu Pukki penalty after Ryan Sessegnon brought down Max Aarons.
Heung-min Son who sealed the game with a late winner was also on target for Spurs; rejuvenated the team, especially when it seemed like the game was not going to be in favour of Mourinho’s boys.
Another star that put up a great performance was Giovani Lo Celso. He showed class in the midfield with great passes that helped the attack and at the end of the day was able to compensate for the absence of a true holding midfielder.
Interestingly, Lo Celso was the architect of Spurs’ both goals.
