Former Napoli football club coach, Carlo Ancelotti is will be appointed as Everton’s new permanent manager on Thursday or Friday.

Hopefully, when the Italian  takes over as the new Arsenal manager, he will take charge of his first game when Arsenal visit Goodison Park on Saturday.

Following talks on Merseyside earlier in the day, an agreement has been reached in principle for Ancelotti, to become Marco Silva’s successor late on Monday.

On Monday,  the club revealed that, a contract offer has not been made yet, to any candidate involved in the “process” but had held meetings with a number of them.

So far, the new development and agreement is that, caretaker boss Duncan Ferguson, who has achieved victory over Chelsea and a draw at Manchester United, will continue for their Carabao Cup quarter-final against Leicester on Wednesday.

The new arrangement about Ancelotti becoming the next Everton manager occurred because he was sacked as the manager of Napoli.

His sack immediatey became an opportunity for him in disguise, and an option for Everton football club.

Although, Shareholder Farhad Moshiri and Chairman Bill Kenwright actually picked interest in the Italian tactician.
