The Emir of Kano,  Muhammad Sanusi II has urged ,Muslims in the country to unite and eschew hatred.

The Emir, who is also the National President General, Jama’at Faedat Tijjaninniya of Nigeria , gave the advice today in Ilorin.
He said Islam is  not  practiced by show-off, but by  adherents having clear understanding and practising its tenets. He urged muslims to  avoid  hating others, and propagate peace, unity and togetherness.
They were also advised  to shun restiveness and other negative tendencies and embrace entrepreneurship, to develop their immediate society.

Meanwhile, the peace process initiated by the Federal Government beginning from November last year has started yielding positive results with the drastic reduction of attacks on oil installations.
