Paris Saint Germain’s super player, Kylian Mbappe scored a superb last-minute goal on Tuesday to help his team get a 1-0 win against Real Madrid, in the UEFA Champions League round of 16 first-leg tie.

The renowned Spanish club tried their best in the game which almost ended in a goalless draw, slugging it out with the French giant to the last minute of the game, but the resilient Frenchman did not give up on scoring until he penetrated Madrid defense to score in 94th minute of the match.

Meanwhile, PSG failed to grab their opportunity to score earlier, when Lionel Messi saw his second-half penalty saved by the Madrid keeper.

Considering a few stats, the host had 21 efforts on goal, while Madrid dominated possession. PSG would have been frustrated had it not capitalized on its dominance at the Parc des Princes stadium

Regardless of the presence of some influential PSG players, Messi, Mbappe and Neymar on the pitch, it was a tough nut for the French side, and Mbappe to crack for them to earn the win.

So far, Mbappe was the most threatening player throughout the match, with his pace and trickery giving Madrid’s defense nightmares at times.
