President Tinubu Reaffirms Commitment to National Unity and Equitable Development

President Bola Tinubu has reiterated his administration’s commitment to equitable development across all geopolitical zones in Nigeria, emphasizing that his projects are designed to benefit the entire nation rather than a specific region. In a statement released on his official ‘X’ handle, the President said his government’s infrastructure projects, including roads, railways, and power initiatives, are guided by his oath to serve all Nigerians.

He highlighted several key projects as evidence of this commitment, such as the Lagos–Calabar Coastal Highway and the Sokoto–Badagry Superhighway. He also mentioned the Port Harcourt–Maiduguri rail line, the Abuja–Kaduna–Kano expressway, and the Trans-Saharan highway, referring to them as “national assets.”

President Tinubu also noted the rehabilitation of health centers, light rail projects in various states, and the revival of the 255MW Kaduna Power Plant. He added that these initiatives are intended to improve the lives of all citizens, and he assured Nigerians that under his “Renewed Hope” agenda, no region or individual would be considered “second class.”
