The Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola has reiterated the readiness of Federal Government to give necessary supports to plant stations in ensuring that challenges of generation and distribution is solved in the country.
The minister who over the weekend visited Olorunsogo Power Station in Ogun state to inspect facilities on ground at the plant, raised hope of Ogun residents that power distribution will be better very soon. 

The minister told the state Governor Ibikunle Amosun during a courtesy visit that the Federal Government is using infrastructural development as a tool to take the nation out of recession.
In response, Governor Amosun expressed appreciation to President Muhammadu Buhari for the intervention on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
He requested that Ogun State should be adequately compensated for the N123 billion, which had been certified as expenses on federal roads out of a total of N223 billion expended.
