The National Executive Committee Meeting of the All Progressives Congress earlier scheduled for Tuesday has been postponed indefinitely.
This was disclosed by the Chairman APC Governor’s forum and Governor of Kebbi State Abubakar Bagudu when he spoke with State House Correspondents at the Presidential Villa, Abuja on Monday.
The decision to postpone the meeting was taken after a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari.
A meeting will be reconvened after the crisis rocking the party has been resolved Governor Bagudu added.
This development comes just hours after the embattled National Chairman Adams Oshiomhole suffered a set back at the Court of Appeal on his move to set aside his suspension.
The Appeal Court deferred hearing on the matter.
This development has bought Mr Oshiomhole some time as he fights to secure his reinstatement.
