Acting President, Professor Yemi Osinbanjo has called for the reform of the nation’s criminal justice system to ensure that criminal elements do not escape punishment.
He made the call at a lecture with course 25 of the National Defence College in Abuja.
According to him, the reforms would check the activities of groups like Boko Haram and Niger Delta militants.
He also urged the military to resist divisive forces that undermine national unity and economic growth.

The Vice President emphasised on the need for the country to have state police, saying that community policing would enhance the kind of criminal justice reform he envisaged.
