The court of appeal has constituted a fresh panel to hear the suit involving the two factions of the Peoples' Democratic Party ahead of the November 26 governorship election in Ondo State.
The new panel is now to be led by Justice Ibrahim Saulawa. Other members are justice Ignatius Igwe Agube and George Mbaba.
The former panel was dissolved after the three justices excused themselves following a petition of bias by a party to the suit.
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has recognised Jioh Ibrahim over Eyitayo Jegede as the PDP candidate for the election.
Until the outcome of the appeal court judgment, Ibrahim remains the party candidate.
