Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has said that he write another letter when it is necessary to do so.
He said this at a forum in Lagos on Thursday, adding that the membership of the Coalition for Nigeria Movement, CNM he joined a few months ago had grown to three million.
Obasanjo reiterated his plan to pull out of the movement if it becomes partisan. He stated that the motive of the movement was to bring out the youths and touch the grassrrots instead of playing partisan politics.
The former president explained that he wrote a letter to President Muhammadu Buhari not to contest the 2019 election and had not written any other one since then.
However, he said that he would write a fresh letter when the time comes.
