Nigeria’s Super Falcons will take to the pitch in style this summer, as global sportswear giant Nike on Tuesday officially unveiled the team’s new home and away kits for 2025.
The sleek designs, already gaining traction across social media, have been praised for seamlessly blending contemporary aesthetics with rich Nigerian cultural motifs. The vibrant home kit features bold patterns inspired by traditional artistry, while the away version adopts a cleaner, minimalist look—both reflecting the strength and elegance of the nine-time African champions.
The release comes as the Super Falcons prepare for the 2025 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) in Morocco this July, with expectations high following their semi-final finish at the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
In a post on the Nigeria Football Federation’s (NFF) official Instagram page, the federation wrote: “New kit. Same pride. The Super Falcons’ new jersey is here, bold, fearless, and made for champions.”
Nike’s latest designs are seen as part of a broader effort to elevate the visibility and brand identity of African women’s football teams on the global stage, with the Super Falcons leading the charge.
The kits are expected to be available for purchase online and in select retail outlets in the coming weeks.
