American rapper, Megan Thee Stallion has celebrated her college graduation at the Texas Southern University on Saturday.

During her graduation, the 26-year-old received her diploma with the rest of the student body, after the superstar crossed the stage at Texas Southern University on Saturday in cap and gown.

Going memory lane, she once set a goal to honour both her late mother and her late grandmother with the bachelor of science degree in health administration, which she did when she graduated.

In reaction to the achievement, the Grammy Award winner made comments about her mum. She said, “I want to get my degree because I really want my mom to be proud,”  “She saw me going to school before she passed.”

In March 2019, her mother, Holly Thomas, died as a result of a battle with brain cancer. He late grandmother was a teacher.

While celebrating her achievement, she shared some photos, and accompanied them with some writing like: “We did it hotties.”

“Good morning hotties !!! It’s graduation dayyyy,” Megan Thee Stallion also attached the hashtag, “#MeganTheeGraduate” on Twitter.
