Manchester United have declared interest in signing Denmark midfielder, Christian Eriksen before the new season.
This development comes after Eriksen made a successful comeback with Brentford in the second half of last season.
Eriksen, 30, has not concluded plans to stay with the Bees as Tottenham Hotspur were also hoping to re-sign him.
The Red Devils have a chance to make an offer for the free agent despite the fact that a deal has not been agreed with either club.
Eriksen has won the Serie A title in 2020-21 under current Spurs boss Antonio Conte after leaving Tottenham for Inter in January 2020.
Meanwhile, Conte has shared his thoughts concerning his decisions. He told him that he can still stay with the Lilywhites. In his words, said “the door is always open” to him training with Tottenham.
Apart from Eriksen, Frenkie de Jong is another player United is interested in bringing to Old Trafford.
