HREA Work Festival 2026: HR Leaders Converge in Lagos to Redefine Productivity in AI Era

Lagos is set to host leading voices in human resources, technology, and business leadership as the HREA Work Festival 2026 convenes for two days of high-level discussions on the future of work.

Scheduled for April 8–9, 2026 at Harbour Point Event Centre, the festival will focus on the theme: “Redefining Productivity in the Age of AI and Analytics.”

The event is expected to attract Chief Human Resource Officers (CHROs), People Operations leaders, and senior executives from top organisations including Sterling Bank, Sahara Group, Leadway Assurance, Polaris Bank, and First City Monument Bank.

At the centre of the conversations is a critical question shaping today’s workplace:

What does productivity mean in an era where artificial intelligence is already integrated into business operations?

The keynote session will feature Babajide Sanwo-Olu, alongside globally renowned HR expert Dave Ulrich, whose participation is expected to bring international perspective to the discourse.

The festival will explore how organisations can adapt to rapid technological change, leverage data-driven insights, and build resilient, future-ready workforces.

Representing Silverbird Group at the event is Onajevwe Akakabota, Group Head of People Operations, who is expected to contribute to discussions on workforce transformation and organisational culture.
Silverbird TV is also a confirmed media partner for the event and will provide comprehensive coverage, highlighting key insights, industry trends, and stakeholder perspectives.

Organisers say the 2026 edition of the festival aims to move beyond theory, focusing instead on practical strategies and actionable insights that leaders can implement in their organisations
