The Ogun State Police Command has arrested two suspected persons caught in the act of robbing unsuspecting road users on Lagos/Ibadan Expressway
The suspects were allegedly operating in front of the Mountain of Fire and Miracle Ministry on Friday
According to statement made available to STV news by the police spokesperson, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, the suspected robbers, Sola Bilaminu and Ibrahim Sandi were knocked down by heavy duty truck in an attempt to escape arrest when police operatives stumbled on them during operation and they were eventually arrested alive
Items recovered from them include operational motorcycle amongst other stolen items; the command however assured of adequate policing on the expressway
