A former NFL player, Phillip Adams has reportedly killed five people in South Carolina, USA on Wednesday.

On the identity of the 32 year-old man, after the massive shooting occurred, sources disclosed that he had gone from a local high school on to college and the NFL.

This development was revealed after the surprising incident triggered questions from the South Carolina community, while they wait for answers.

On the total number of casualties, a beloved doctor and four other people have been reportedly shot and killed.

York County Sheriff Kevin Tolson who narrated how the event occurred on Wednesday afternoon said, Adams shot two air conditioning technicians outside, killed one, then forced his way into Dr. Robert Lesslie’s home in Rock Hill.

Others victims that were found shot to death in a back room are: Lesslie, his wife, Barbara Lesslie, and two grandchildren, ages 5 and 9 while air conditioning technician, James Lewis of Gastonia, North Carolina, was found dead outside.

According to a Facebook post from his daughter which she wrote on Thursday evening, the surviving technician, Robert Shook, is out of surgery, while her father is in intensive care on a ventilator.

Interestingly, it was discovered that Adams killed himself. He was later found dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound in the bedroom of a home about a half mile away that he shared with his parents.
