UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson is addressing the press and the public once more this evening as he leads the latest Downing Street press briefing.
Evening Standard reports that, the Prime Minister is being grilled on his coronavirus lockdown exit plan following the release of the Government’s full 50-page “road map” earlier today.
Brits are now advised to wear face coverings in some settings while ministers and advisers are also considering a system where people can link up with one other household in a “bubble”.
Mr Johnson praised the “indomitable spirit of Britain” as he faced MPs in the House of Commons this afternoon, with Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer accusing him of leaving Brits with more questions than answers.
On casualties so far, the UK death toll has passed 32,000 after an increase of 210 deaths.
