Silverbird Group has launched a new news channel, News 24, at the Silverbird Galleria Lagos.

During the event, the Chairman of Silverbird Group, Senator Ben Murray-Bruce, delivered a speech.
In his speech, Ben Bruce who was delighted about the new development, gave a brief history of the Silverbird Group, and the impact the brand has made in Nigeria and the world at large.

In the last 4 decades, Silverbird Group has not only changed the dynamics of the  Entertainment Industry in Nigeria and the World at large, but  also brought honour and prestige to our dear country Nigeria.

In 2001, Silverbird Productions delivered to the continent the first black woman to be crowned Miss World, set the trend for a new Cinema experience not just in Nigeria but across West Africa, in the last fifteen years, honoured distinguished Nigerians through the prestigious Silverbird Man of the Year, transformed the broadcast industry in the last twenty years through its Network of Radio and TV stations in Seven States across the Country, and now, Silverbird News 24 Channel.

Silverbird News 24 will hit the airwaves from Monday, February 17, 2020.
The launch of this News Channel is one of our special gifts to our viewers as we celebrate the  40th anniversary of the Silverbird Group.
