Renowned rapper Drake has removing his two nominations from music’s highest honours, Grammy Awards, on Monday.

The 35-year-old’s withdrawal was disclosed by sources close to him.

The talented Canadian, got Grammy nominations last month in the rap field — best rap album for “Certified Lover Boy” and best rap performance for his song “Way 2 Sexy.”

So far, there hasn’t been any reason for Drake’s decision and request to pull out, despite the fact that the decision was made by the rapper and his management.

According to the source, the Recording Academy website was being updated on Monday to remove Drake’s nominations from the Grammy list.

Going memory lane, one of the top-selling albums of 2021, Drake’s “Certified Lover Boy” was, has a contentious relationship with the Grammys.
