Defamation: Court Grants Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan ₦50m Bail
The Federal Capital Territory High Court in Abuja on Thursday granted bail to Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, who represents Kogi Central Senatorial District, in the sum of ₦50 million.
The court also ordered that the surety must be a person of reasonable integrity, resident within the Federal Capital Territory, and must own a landed property within the Abuja Municipal Area Council.
The senator is standing trial on charges related to defamation.
