COURT DISCHARGES IBOM AIR PASSENGER COMFORT EMMASON
The Ikeja Magistrates’ Court on Monday discharged Miss Comfort Emmason of charges of unruly conduct and assaulting flight crew aboard an Ibom Air flight from Uyo to Lagos.
Magistrate Olanrewaju Salami struck out the five-count charge after the police prosecution team formally withdrew the case.
