The new date for the return of Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is has been announced.
Due to the global emergence and surge of the deadly COVID-19, The Coachella, which is also known as one of California’s largest music festivals is was postponed/cancelled.
The festival which is usually held at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, in the Coachella Valley in the Colorado Desert, has gotten a new date for its return.
According to its website, The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio will be held April 15 to 17 and 22 to 24 of next year.
Considering the fact that hundreds of thousands of attendees would further spread Covid-19, after the April 2020 festival was postponed to October of that year, it was cancelled.
Meanwhile, the idea of holding the event later came, but the deadly virus kept on spreading. The situation at that moment later prompted the scheduling of the event which was to be held in April this year.
At the moment, the sales of tickets have commenced. Advance ticket sales for the 2022 festival starts June 4 at 10 a.m. PT.
