Chippa United head coach Thabo September has acknowledged the possibility of losing several key players, including Nigeria’s Super Eagles goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali, during the upcoming June transfer window.
The Chilli Boys have a track record of struggling to hold on to top talent, with numerous players having moved on to other clubs in previous seasons.
Despite Nwabali signing a new contract earlier in the season, interest from foreign clubs remains strong.
September admitted that the club may be forced to part ways with players they can no longer retain, as part of a broader strategy to rebuild and focus on youth development.
