He died on Saturday at the age of 78
His death was confirmed by a family source who describes him as a man who “departed peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of integrity, service, and dedication to our nation and community
Audu Ogbe served as the deputy speaker of the Benue state house of assembly in the late ’70s
At the national level, he steered the affairs at the federal minister of communications from 1982 to 1983 during the Shehu Shagari administration.
Ogbe who also served as the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) from 2001 to 2005, died
