The Federal Government has asked the Federal High Court in Abuja to order the arrest of IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu for breaching his bails conditions.

In a statement by the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, the government is seeking the court order to revoke the bail granted Kanu in April.

According to the affidavit filed by the ministry, Kanu had breached the bail conditions by his  inauguration of Biafra Secuity Service and holding of rally of more than 10 persons in his home town Umuahia, Abia State.

The government wants the court to look at the case, if Kanu had not breached the bail conditions.
