Morocco on Tuesday secured a place in the quarter-finals of the Africa Cup of Nations after beating Malawi 2-1 in the Ahmadou Ahidjo stadium.
The first goal of the match which was scored by Gabadinho Mhango of Malawi came as a shock to fans and other football enthusiasts.
But Youssef En-Nesyri headed Morocco level in first-half stoppage time goal while Achraf Hakimi scored a brilliant free-kick to send outsiders Malawi, playing their first-ever knockout game at the tournament.
The result for Morocco means that the North African country will be meeting with Egypt or Ivory Coast in the last eight.
