Samuel Nwajagu: Mister Nigeria Wins Mister International 2024
Mr. Nigeria, Samuel Nwajagu has emerged the 2024 Mister International.
Nwajagu won the prestigious crown at the 16th edition of the prestigious pageant on Saturday at the Island Hall, Fashion Island, Bangkok, Thailand.
He defeated 46 other participants from around the globe to be crowned as the current Mr. International.
At the end of the glamorous evening, he was crowned by the outgoing titleholder, Kim Thitisan Goodburn of Thailand, marking a monumental moment for Nigeria and Africa at large.
This victory is particularly significant as Nwajagu Samuel is the first Nigerian and the first African ever to win the Mister International title, an accolade that places him on the global map of pageantry. His win has sparked celebrations and pride across Nigeria, as well as throughout Africa.
The Mister International competition celebrates not only physical beauty but also the values of leadership, intelligence, and cultural representation, making Samuel’s achievement a well-rounded testament to his excellence.
As the new Mister International, Samuel is expected to represent the organization worldwide, promoting its ideals and fostering connections across cultures.
In his letter of appreciation shortly after he was a announced, Nwajagu took to his Facebook page and wrote:
Growing up, I always imagined what greatness would feel like. Now, I can say that mine is filled with total gratitude and humility. I’m grateful for the lessons I learned, the relationships I built, the memories I created, and the impact we all made together.
My journey started with a lot of doubts and obstacles, but it taught me one thing: our true strength lies not in our perfection, but in our willingness to grow. Here I am today, proof that we are capable of making a difference regardless of where we come from or what we have.
