Herbert Wigwe: Access Bank CEO Dies In Helicopter Crash

A chopper transporting the Group Chief Executive Officer, Access Holdings Plc, Herbert Wigwe, and five others has crashed in California. Sources have confirmed Wigwe dead.

According to reports, Wigwe died in the crash which occurred near the Nevada border, United States of America.

It was also reported that his wife and son were also onboard the ill-fated helicopter.

According to the New York Times, no survivors have been located as of Saturday morning, the authorities stated.

Reports rom the Federal Aviation Administration revealed that the Eurocopter EC130 helicopter crashed at around 10 p.m. local time near Nipton, Calif, an unincorporated community about 60 miles south of Las Vegas in eastern San Bernardino County.

It further revealed that it was no detail where the helicopter departed from and where it was headed, on Saturday morning.
