Renowned Nigerian comedian, Ayodeji Makun, well known as AY, has made comments after a fire incident occurred his Lagos home on Sunday.
His comments were made following a viral video, recorded by a social media user @Postsubman, showing that AY’s house was gutted by fire on Sunday.
It was also revealed that the roof of the storey-building caught on fire as the cause of the fire outbreak is still unknown.
Other people like the comedian’s younger brother and fashion designer, Yomi Casual, his colleagues and fans also expressed their sympathy with the comedian and his family.
AY has made the public know that his family is safe after the incident. In expression of gratitude to God for the safety of his family, he took to his Instagram page to share videos and pictures of his wife and children presently on vacation abroad.
He wrote: “Family and God. That is what’s important. Everything else comes and goes. Can’t wait to join you guys in the US in a few days.”
