2Face Idibia Reportedly Arrested in London After Altercation With New Wife
Legendary Nigerian musician, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Face or 2Baba, has allegedly been arrested in London following a heated altercation with his new wife, Natasha Osawaru.
The claim was made by popular social critic, Tosin Silverdam, who on Friday shared the development in a video posted on his Instagram page. According to him, the incident was reported by a driver who picked the couple up from the airport. The disagreement allegedly began shortly after their arrival in the UK and continued on the way to their hotel. Matters reportedly escalated when Natasha was said to have smashed bottles, prompting the singer’s arrest.
The story has since gone viral on social media, particularly as 2Face failed to appear for his UK tour performance scheduled for Thursday, October 2, 2025.
It will be recalled that 2Face traditionally married Natasha, an Edo State lawmaker, in July 2025, just months after confirming his divorce from long-time partner, Annie Macaulay.
As of the time of filing this report, neither UK authorities nor the singer’s management have issued an official statement confirming or denying the arrest.
