The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Lagos State has commended the smooth conduct of the local government elections held on Saturday, July 12, 2025.
According to the State Commandant, Mr. Keshinro Adedotun, the election has been described as “very serene, smooth, and well-organized” due to the cooperation of voters.
The NSCDC deployed Strategic Monitoring Teams and a large team of officers across all wards and polling units to ensure adequate monitoring of the election.
The Commandant praised the voters for conducting themselves in a manner that ensured peace and order throughout the process.
The NSCDC’s commitment to maintaining peace and security during the election has been evident in their thorough deployment and monitoring efforts.
